Increase the Unlimited purse!

For the first time ever, The Reno Air Racing Association will direct all funds from the Unlimited donation campaign received through 8/31/17 to increasing the purse for the Unlimited Class at the 54th National Championship Air Races. We know how what it takes to bring these planes to compete in our event every year, and we've understand how much our fans love them. This is your chance to give directly to the prize money pool for the Unlimited Class Racers and keep this sport alive!

This fundraiser specifically targets the Unlimited Class because their purse has been cut in order to meet operational budgets. Throughout the years – and in the face of adversity – RARA has done its best to maintain the value of the purse and this year, we are thinking outside the box. All of our other classes have seen their purses remain intact or increase by a small amount. We firmly believe this fundraiser will help increase both racer and fan participation this year.
